Ronaldo retired from football

Ronaldo, one of the best players the football have ever seen has anounced his retierment from football. He got some problems with his health, and he says that he can't continue any more. Ronaldo is the goalgeter of World Cup with 15 goals scored in this tournaments. Is this a right decision?
