The human eyes

The eyes is the most important sense organ which give us sensation of sight. In human, there are one pair of eyes. They are situated in the sockets of the skull. Human eyes are protected by eye brows and eye lids. Eye brows are hairy and protect the eyes from sweat, dust etc. eye lids are freely movable have eye lashes to protect eyes from injury, dust insects and other foreign bodies. The eyes are provided with photo receptor cells which receive the visible light.
